Do you need to be a Programmer?

Yes and no. It will help if you understand what is going on behind the scenes. Most people don't care to know. That is where an html editor, such as Dreamweaver, can come in handy. I have added some helpful tips and tricks to this site to help you decide if you want to Edit Your Site or Find A Designer to do it for you.
